We will help you every step of the way. We can suggest plans, work with ideas you have seen in other venues, work with your architect, recommend an architect or even work with plans you may have seen on the Internet at sites like eplans.com. Our drafting service is available as part of your home purchase…this comes in handy especially when you want to make changes. And when the time comes, we even have an interior decorator to help you with design decisions…all included in the home price.
Once we agree on a plan we can give you a guaranteed price in less than a week and you can move into your new home within five months. And incidentally, we will finance the construction so you will not have to get a construction loan while your old house is being sold…this saves you thousands of dollars in interest.

Bert Barklage Inc. has been a developer of upscale living areas for over 40 years. Most developments have been in the greater Washington area…most recently completing Lake Washington Estates. Besides Eastland Oaks we are currently building luxury homes at a development in the Pacific area called Forest Glen Estates.
